Drawings and Paintings by Laura Higgins Palmer are on view throughout the summer on the third floor of the Heritage Park Center, 2664 Riva Road, Annapolis, MD 21401. The Exhibit is presented by the Cultural Arts Foundation of Anne Arundel County and is open to the public. Gracing the hallway outside the CAF office is a large triptych featuring Annie Award winner Charlie Byrd with Joe Byrd on base done from drawings Ms. Palmer did live at the King of France Tavern.
